Sales Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and helping build successful agents
- Generating client leads to buy and sell a property
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
- Showing properties to potential buyers
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- To build and maintain a good business network and working relationship with customers and potential buyers to enhance sales
- Preparing all documents needed for the transaction
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
- As Assigned by the direct Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales for Property Developer Company, especially in Apartment Projects.
- Must have a piece of good and in-depth knowledge about the Property Developer Industry.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in English, both Oral and Written.
- Having good networking with reputable agents.
- Target-oriented, good communication and appearance.
- Willing to work during the weekend.
