PT Klasik Distribusi Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Sales Supervisor to grow our team. Your responsibilty are include but not limited to:
- Lead a high performance team focused on achieving sales goals.
- Understand the promotion and marketing strategy for the products in charge.
- Implement strategies to sell products.
- Analyze the evolution of sales in each of the territories.
- Develop sales, communication, and territory development skill with the team.
- Gathering insight from potential buyers and clients.
- Managing a team to source, build and distributes new and existing products to market.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to grow awareness about our products.
Requirement Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. Preferably female, 30 - 40 years old At least 2+ years of working experience in the Home Product/Consumer Goods is required for this position.
