Sales Trainer

**SALES TRAINER**

**Qualification**:

- Age 35 - 45 years old
- English Proficiency
- Relevant experience in the property or real estate industry, particularly in sales or sales management
- Knowledge of property and market trends
- Sales, negotiation and rejection skills
- Collaboration to work with various department, especially sales and management teams
- Leadership to motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

**Job Tasks**:

- Responsible for bringing, developing, and making training for:

- Sales for marketing
- Management of property brokerage offices, and
- System for admin and support staff
- Monitor property market trends to ensure that sales agents have relevant and up to-date knowledge
- Identify training needs within the sales team and design training programs accordingly
- Create training materials covering sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
- Continuously updating and developing training materials based on changes in the property industry and the company's sales strategy

Jakarta

**Salary**:
Up to 14 Mio (gross per month) - negotiable

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
