The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Maintain & monitor daily operation of price tagging processes, achievement of targets for each partners, P&L impact from certain initiatives
- Actively align with multi department stakeholders related to product price updates
- Understand competitiveness landscape vs competitor & identify levers to improve for business decision making
- Track & analyze shop level or category level performances & identify levers to improve
- Improve & maintain pricing tools & pricing related SLAs

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of experience in the same specific field
- Number driven person
- Familiar and enhanced with Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate in powerpoint
- Working skill in SQL & python will be a plus
- Good communication and stakeholder management skill will be a plus
- Good logical thinking
- Familiar with retail business will be a plus
- Good project management skill
- Has good analytical skill and p&l knowledge
- Team strategy, growth, marketing performances, project from startups
