PT Win Baghraf Bersaudara (WBB) is a holding company with several subsidiaries and now is looking for Secretary Director with qualification and job details as follows

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree is in Secretarial and Communication preferred
2. Male or Female minimum age 25 years
3. Experienced as Secretary Director for at least 2 years
4. Required skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PPT and willing to learn more
5. Excellent in English Communications (spoken & written) preffered
6. Strong Memory, Organized, and professional demeanor
7. Good Looking, Integrity, confidentiality and time-management skills
8. Demonstrated good working motivation & pleasant personality
9. Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Job Details:
1. Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
2. Become the main contact in internal and external company communications
3. Manage and maintain company documents such as meeting results reports (into the minutes of the meeting)
4. Organize director business trip
5. Maintain the confidentiality of confidential information and respect the professional code of ethics in carrying out duties

Full WFO
Placement: Metropolitan Tower, Jakarta Selatan

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
