Section Head Of Leasing (Mall Kelapa Gading)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in all Major.
- Min 3 years experience at mall.
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, coordination skill.
- **Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assisting GM for leading the whole leasing team towards company goals & target.
- Creating a promotional strategy to attract potential tenants according to the needs of the Summarecon Group Mall.
- Managing the contracts & dealing with specialty retailers within the shopping centers.
- Make weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities to ensure the strategic plan reaches the target.
