IntroductionYour Role and Responsibilities- Accountability for overseeing and coordinating the entire life cycle of assigned projects (requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation).- Lead stakeholder identification and requirements documentation.- Develop project plans, and governance ensuring accountability for all tasks and phases of the project are reported through management chain and to all stakeholders.- Demonstrated experience in managing programs or complex projects involving multiple sub-projects and oversight of multiple resources.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Depth of knowledge in core security domain IAM- Experience in the design and deployment of technology and solutions in core domain Identify and Access Management- Knowledge and experience indeployment of IG, AM and PAM products- An understanding across this breadth of technology domains, understanding the inter-relationships between major components.- Solid understanding and experience working a structured solution design methodology.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePMP Certification would preferable.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
