Job DescriptionDefine list of new business path that has high impact on growing user engagement + purchasing.Discover new potential areas to be acquired based on the consumers density.Create a journey plan for new merchants acquired to be active merchants with incubation plan.Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible.Develop new approach for the user / seller expansion area.Working with ops & mkt team for make the system better and managing events.Make sure the team and individuals achieve the target.Work closely with various team to execute the plan and make the result.RequirementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.Have min. 5 years of experience as Business Strategy / Business DevelopmentMust be fluent in English.Experienced in a Consulting Firm and/or Consultant Services will be prioritized.Additional RequirementGenderAllAge25 - 35 Year(s) oldMin.
