EY Infrastructure Advisory Team is inviting talented individuals to join a team of experienced professionals who help guide our clients, both public and private sectors, to achieve their goals on developing infrastructure assets through project preparation, transactions and/or fund-raising activities.

Our core team has a broad and deep understanding of large and complex economic and social infrastructure demonstrated by our strong public sector advisory credentials covering a range of industry sectors and procurement methodologies.
**Requirements**:
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy or Engineering from reputable overseas and local universities.
- Between 2 to 5 years of related working experience, including in Big-4 firms, Public Sector, State-Owned Enterprise, Management Consulting, Financial Institution, Private Equity, and/or Investment House.
- Knowledge or experience in financial analysis, micro and macroeconomics, project finance and infrastructure projects, including financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
- Strong knowledge of International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles as it relates to PPP infrastructure transactions
- Deep knowledge and relationships in one or more of the following sectors: Transport, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Social Infrastructure
- Procurement methodology and strategy
- Any professional qualifications (e.g. PMP) would be highly regarded
- Fluency in business English is mandatory both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skill with the ability to deal with people all levels professionally both internally and externally.
**Brief Description of Role**
Some of the key responsibilities would include:
- Serving public sector clients in project preparation of infrastructure assets, which may include the development of feasibility study, project transactions, and financial close.
- Familiarity with the prevailing regulations and relevant public policies in infrastructure sector.
- Develop and/or analyze financial model using various valuation approaches and methods to support clients' various purposes including, but not limited to, feasibility study, financial projection review, business plan development, project transaction and structuring, joint ventures economics, and project finance transactions.
Additional for Senior:
- Analyze and/or review any related documents to the engagement, including, but not limited to, business plan or financial projections, transaction agreements and other ancillary documents, commercial and operational agreements/documents, financial reporting, etc.
- Assist in reviewing transaction agreements such as term-sheet or heads of agreement, conditional sales and purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, joint-venture agreements and other agreements.
- Pro-active in performing other necessary tasks, such as conducting industry research, researching on comparable companies, managing data room, preparing materials for discussions or meetings, managing client meetings and minutes of meetings, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Work with other EY service teams and partners consultant to deliver an integrated service to our clients.
- Likely to also work on a number of cross border assignments, working with other EY offices globally.
