Senior Operations Manager

**As Senior Operations Gaming, you will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with management direction, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adaptability.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and assess vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Control - Develop inventory management strategies to balance stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and meet customer demand.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions, such as alternative sourcing or contingency plans.
- Manage and develop OM team, overseeing their performance, setting goals, create sustainable workflow structure and ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- OM Process Improvement Continuously analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Manage and deliver stakeholder supply & pricing related inquiries based on level of urgency and impact

**Job Requirement**:

- 3 years + experienced in managing supply for PPOB/Telco/Billers. Experience in gaming supply will be a plus point
- Proven ability to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adaptability within the digital goods supply chain.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Proven ability to balance stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and effectively meet customer demand.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and developing operational teams.
