Join us as a Shift Leader for the Electrification Business area where you will be conducting testing and checking activities during the manufacturing process. Perform tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assisting in management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift for area of Fabrication, Wiring, and Assembly
- Providing regular feedback and making recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations
- Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities
- Serving as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues
- Ensuring the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines
**Your background**:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with experience in manufacturing or assembly process for 1 to 3 yr.
- Understood to use and read technical drawings especially for mechanical and electrical
- Leadership skills to manage the working pressure situation as an individual or team
- Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical.Microsoft Office especially Excel and PPT
- Able to create the working instructions, progress report, and scheduling process.2D or 3D drawing skills
- Total Preventive Maintenance Implementation experience
- Good communication skills in English
