The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Responsible to monitor and report on acquisition team's activities and targets
- Represent the acquisition team and maintain the relations with external & internal stakeholders
- Analyze business opportunities across category and identify urgency in every inquiries
- Driven to provide the best service in class and take full ownership of tasks
- Lead with strategic approaches on target fulfillment and people management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and above with 4+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
- Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel
