Review and respond to daily operational demand as it relates to the hotel. Especially for Spa Reception and Attendant. And ensure the operation goes smoothly in each section.- Maintain the cleanliness of all Spa area as well as the safety of equipment.- Do regular walk through with Spa Supervisor and Spa Assistant Manager to record and follow up any defects- Maintain complete knowledge of all spa department policies/service procedures- Monitor effective of departmental staffing guide.- Provide training, development, professional discipline, and positive support for all Reception and Attendant staffs to ensure qualitative standards and growth, depth and development- Monitoring manning ensures each of Reception and Attendant section has proper, efficient and productive manning in daily operational.- Monitoring and follow up recruitment process inquiries. Conduct interview if necessary.- Create and maintain a quality, professional work environment.- Administer performance evaluations for all Reception and Attendant team.- Anticipate guests and employees needs and respond promptly.- Assure that all standard operating procedures for Reception and Attendant are in place and consistently utilized- Attend and conduct any training or hotel activities assigned to enhance knowledge and skill- Attend Spa Leader line up, Leadership and other meeting arranged by management. Conduct line up with Reception and Attendant team, make sure information is well shared.- Review weekly schedule should be aligned with business situation.- Approve leave requests in Sunfish system.- Up selling and promoting any spa and hotel activities to assist gaining revenue- Do courtesy to guest that has finished their treatment, energizing them to fill out Guest Comment sheet, ensure billing is properly settled and give fond farewell.- Work with Spa Sales Manager to arrange assignment for any group check in- Conduct monthly inventory on Spa Café equipment, Coordinator welcome drink glasses, gifts, swimming suit rental. Make sure that supplies & stationery are in good stock.- Open new order supplies based on inventory result- Respond and follow up any weekly report that related to spa operational.- Monitor spa defect list and work with Reception and Attendant team to follow up- Adhere to company philosophy and rules for any action taken within working area- Work with Supervisor or Manager for any issue that needs to follow up.- Conduct monthly meeting and follow up KYC concerns- Consistently support KYC score to be improved by checking and ensuring parts related to Reception team is performing well especially for Warm Welcome, Treatment Explanation and Fond Farewell process- Review and update P&P, SOP for Reception and Attendant team- Update product knowledge for Reception and Attendant team- Ensure that the operational budget it is in line and costs are well controlled.- Inspect rooms (standard amenities & proper equipment set up). Assist Spa Attendants in daily operation- Report to Director of Spa for any issue that needs to follow up- Participate and contributing to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction and suggestion**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar hospitality role.- Have a 5 - 7 years experience in similar position- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organization and leadership skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Educational background Diploma or Bachelor Degree, referred from reputable university- Able to speaking in English both written and Spoken
