**What You Will Do**
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans, including go-to-market strategies, sales collaterals, marketing packages that align with evolving market trends and business goals
- Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate marketing challenges and to develop various seller programs aimed at fueling growth and expanding market reach
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing strategies with broader business objectives and to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, using this information to optimize marketing strategies
- Design a learning management system tailored for onboarding and skill enhancement within the internal team, ensuring the system is user-friendly, comprehensive, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the organization
- Develop, curate, and update training materials and courses for the internal team to foster continuous learning and knowledge growth

**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing or strategic planning
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
