**About the role**
This is an exciting role to spearhead strategic projects within operations, acting as a Chief of Staff to our COO. You will drive impact, shaping the company's future trajectory. Collaborating across teams, you'll have autonomy to lead projects from ideation to implementation, making a tangible impact on the organization's success and growth.
What you will do
- Plan, execute, and oversee special projects within the operations department and/or company projects that may fall outside the scope of regular duties to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance
- Act as a Chief of Staff to the COO, helping to design and codify playbooks for new initiatives that sit outside BAU
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Motivated self-starter, able to work both independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous environment
- Interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, which often requires you to go beyond a job description
