Team and Role Introduction:
Inventory supervisor have the task of managing Inventory to meet target accuracy and optimize storage management through operations excellence processes and actively build/run improvements to meeting the productivity, quality, cost and compliance targets to ensure the compliance of workplace health and safety & security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs
-Accurately record and document inventory data
-Review inventory records and transactions for accuracy
-Track inventory levels and report on any changes or trends
-Assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory items
-Evaluating daily operations performance and providing feedback.
-Find out the gap between the plan and actual for KPI achievement.
-Identify areas of improvement on Inventory for better storage management.
-Understand work safety procedures and able to organize team to follow safety procedure.
-Collaborate with related stakeholders for partnership projects.
-Work with manager to actively review the skills and knowledge gap of the workforce & ensure the right coaching to maintain strict discipline.
-Provide leadership direction and clarity to the function team to ensure the team is working at optimal productivity dailyPrepare and submit reports to management Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Min. Bachelor's Degree
-Previous experience as an Inventory Supervisor or related position
-Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
-Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Strong analytical, Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and able to operate macro, MS access is an advantage
-At least 2 years of experience in Inventory Supervisor or related logistic field
-Certified for inventory management is an advantage
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-Certified in inventory management is an advantage
-Supply Chain Management, or a related field
-have experience in managing large warehouse around 23K Sqm with manage directly subordinate Application Form
