Company: PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team warehouse assistant, supervisor and executive by providing necessary coaching and support on warehouse managing activities as well as professional growth development in the department. Develop and implement systematic warehouse processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and inventory control. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning and purchasing teams to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory Optimize warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient material flow to production. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse personnel. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to support production schedules and customer requirements within warehouse management capacity. Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors. Perform all other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or General Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistic, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. At least 10 years of experience in warehouse management roles in production or manufacturing environments with at least 5 years in leadership roles with proven success track records. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation strategies. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and Kaizen techniques Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment. Experience with international shipping and import/export processes is a plus Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
