Team Leader Project Management

We're hiring! Team Leader of Project Management (Project Manager)

1. Implementing consultation services, research, and training related to public policy and monitoring and evaluation (Monev).

2. Developing the work plan for the project implementation team, including required needs and budget.

3. Coordinating the team and ensuring personnel carry out tasks and responsibilities according to targets.

4. Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the operational activities of project implementation and team performance.

5. Collaborating with clients and users involved in operational implementation and project requirements.

6. Compiling reports related to project implementation, both on a monthly and other periodic basis.

7. Reporting on project implementation and coordinating with clients/users to the CEO.

8. Creating proposals and fostering collaborations with clients, including government institutions, donor agencies, companies, and other relevant institutions.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor S1 With minimum experience 5 years, S2 is a plus.

2. Have worked with goverments and donor agencies.

3. Skilled in designing Public Policy and Monev as well.

4. Preferably skilled in writing and speaking in English.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Hingga Rp8.000.000 per bulan
