**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for processing and providing technical support and problem solving to customers in accordance with applicable standard procedures with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Providing troubleshooting support to customers in accordance with the applicable procedure with the aim of ensuring that the sent capsules do not experience problems when carrying out the filling process by customer machines CFM (Capsule Filling Machine).
- Implement plans and carry out routine, proactive visits to customers with the aim of maintaining good relations and open communication with customers.
- Providing solutions to every customer complaint that occurs with the aim to always maintain customer trust. Sales service for spare parts, after-sales service, running improvement projects with the aim of achieving sales targets for company.
- Performing customer service by obtain, collect data, facts, information and other support that will be used by the relevant parts to manage the database, customer relationships their requests.
- Maintain reports & analysis results related to customer technical problems in accordance with applicable procedures of fulfilling the needs & expectations of customers for company products & services.
- Implement and carry out actions that need to be taken to overcome every customer complaint and claim that occurs with the aim of always maintaining customer trust.
**Key Requirements**:
- Any Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma Industry preferably from Capsule manufacturing plant.
- Tools Known: Sales Force, Microsoft, SAP Experience is preferred although not mandatory.
- Skills: Knowledge on Capsule filling Machines, experience in addressing complaints, investigate the issue Coordinate with internal team, should have commercial mindset as this role will also involve supporting sales team in hunting sales opportunity - either new capsule or capsule filling machine.
- This role requires travelling in entire Indonesia, also willing to travel to Pakistan and Vietnam twice a year.
- Good in Communication both English and Local language.
