Tenant Relation Officer

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:Responsible for general front desk duties such as handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents' inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Minimum D3 or S1 graduate, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry- Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position- Good command in English (spoken and written) is a must- Japanese language skill would be an advantage- Good communication and negotiation skills- Computer literate- Customer service oriented- **Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours****Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Language**:- English (required)
