Ticketing And Tour Officer

Able to communicate well with customers both during working hours and outside work (serving by providing the information needed in detail & fast / fast response)
- Handle ticket reservations both individual and group
- Handling ticket needs from corporate customers
- Conduct ticket booking/sales (schedule search, booking to issued)
- Make a booking recap
- Handling customer complaints & ensuring customer satisfaction with service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Rp2,800,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
