**About the Role**:
The VP of Human Resources will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various business units within the Holding Group. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong strategic vision, adept at aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and capable of managing HR functions across diverse sectors.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic HR Leadership**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives for a 3-year horizon.
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and organizational restructuring strategies in alignment with market demands.
- Analyze market conditions and assess workforce capabilities to realign talent for optimal performance.
- **Collaborative Business Partnership**
- Work closely with individual VPs across business units to align HR practices with specific business needs.
- Collaborate with VPs to assess and manage HR requirements, fostering a culture aligned with company's core values.
- **Talent Acquisition and Development**
- Review and standardize HR policies and procedures across business units, ensuring compliance while allowing for adaptation as per unique business models.
- Assess and optimize HR resources, including streamlining the workforce and assessing talent development programs for managerial and leadership roles.
- **Performance Management and Rewards**
- Implement performance evaluation systems that incentivize and recognize excellence, aligned with the company's bonus structure.
- Monitor and manage HR budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources within the allocated range.
- **Employee Relations and Engagement**
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a balanced approach between management and labor.
- Drive engagement initiatives promoting company core values, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR leader in consultancy environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating across diverse business units.
- Familiarity with managing diverse age groups and restructuring talent for market alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Indonesian and English languages.
**Reporting Structure**: This position reports directly to the Group CEO and collaborates extensively with individual VPs across various business units.
