Manulife Indonesia Affluent Market Sales Training Specialist will specialize in delivering quality training for bank partner and also Develop & deliver the trainings for HNW trainings in both Bank partner. Additionally, this position will be the key personnel for Banca L&D Sales Develoment Team as the go to person for speakers & SME on concept based approach to HNW segment clients gatherings, TTT to other trainers in HNW approach, and he is expected to be the SME in HNW Training Materials. Engagement with other COE Units will be required to deliver best performance. In the near future.

**We are looking for someone with**:
- University degree from reputable university
- Min 7 years of experience in designing and delivering Sales Training
- Proven Knowledge in Wealth Management and/or Financial Planning and/or Portfolio Analysis for HNW Segment Clients (Certification will be a great Bonus)
- Experience in delivering Talks / public speaking / table talk in HNW events
- Great Communication, especially to manager level and above
- Sales Experience in selling Insurance to HNW segment and Training Delivery Experience are crucial
- Proven Team Work & Self Management Skills
- Ability to deliver training and create Training materials is a must
- Negotiation Skills
- Investment Management/Analysis Skills (Certification will be a great Bonus)

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
**On the job you will**:
Designing and delivering product knowledge and sales training programs to the Company's Sales force.
Lead team responsible for conducts regular training needs analysis to monitor and review the relevance of the training content and work with peers for improvement of the training programs
Work with other leaders and bank partner to identify Distribution training requirements and solutions
Provide team guidance and support
Lead basic training/advanced training/teaching and related training administration of marketing staff for continuing education;
Management, selection and training of honorable lecturers to enhance the skills of trainers.
