Has completed a bachelor degree from a reputable university
Able to speak fluent Bahasa and English (at least adequate for business)
Optional but would be a plus if able to speak Chinese
Has had experience in position that requires frequent communication with many stakeholders
Has a good level of comprehension towards current world economy status
Frequently exercise and keeps themselves healthy

Assist new business ideas development and deals
Assist in various new project implementation
Able to help convey ideas in business languages both written and spoken in both Bahasa and English
Have good mannerism and etiquette, and able to present themselves in a professional manner
Able to think on their feet and is fast in responding to a task
Knows how to calculate and estimate the potential risk of a certain decision
Able to mitigate and communicate to various internal and external stakeholders
