Ecommerce Supply Chain And Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all items remain in stock at all times- Create and manage shipments to Amazon warehouses- Track and report on inventory levels and sales performance- Communicate with suppliers to arrange shipments and track purchase orders- Track end-to-end delivery of products and ensure timely delivery to customers- Monitor and manage returns, refunds, and customer inquiries- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain reports and analyze data- Work closely with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure smooth operations**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Overlap with US working hours (US central time)Pay: Rp7,850,000 - Rp14,200,000 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Amazon FBA: 4 years (preferred)- Supply Chain and Logistics: 2 years (required)
