- Coaching New & Existing Beauty Advisors Nationwide

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To develop and motivate Beauty Advisors through coaching
- Become a role model for perfect grooming
- Able to bridge between head office and field team
- able to deliver educational materials properly and correctly
- Provide selling tips, link-selling skills for new and existing products to enhance sales performance.
- To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Beauty Advisors and clients
- To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
**Qualifications** Your skills and experience**
- Fresh graduate or Diploma in any major
- A beauty school graduate is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Beauty (Skincare, Make Up & Fragrance) is a plus
- Minimum 1 years of experiences in Beauty Industry, especially with Skincare is a plus
- Have a passion for selling luxury brands and delivering high-touch services with the understanding in retail business and market with excellent customer service skills and standard
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral) is a great plus.
- A self-motivator who is passionate, energetic with the ability to motivate and energize others
- An excellent team player with great interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, flexible, well organized, highly disciplined with the ability to multitask and stability to handle stressful and demanding situation
- Understand Customer Journey
- Willing to be Work on Retail Hours including Weekends
- Retail savvy with sharp business sense
