Mechanical Trainer (Kalimantan)

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching, and assessments to mechanics and electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of HE by the curriculum, HSE standards, and applicable procedures. Implementing TNA to determine required training and development methods, providing one-on-one instruction, explaining, and guiding specifically with reference to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications
- Minimum education SMK Mechanical Engineering (with 10 years experience in similar position), or D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related field (with 5 years of experience in a similar position), with at least 3 years as a Mechanical Trainer
- Ability to conduct TNA
- Strong understanding of analytical plant & maintenance processes, improvement maintenance, HSE procedures, and HRD Policy
- Familiarity with mining procedures, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment
- Strong willingness to learn, open to new experiences, honest and loyal
- Holds a Training of Trainer (TOT) certification
- Additional certification in training related to heavy equipment is preferred
