**Job Descriptions**:
- Manages a team of re-training specialists that are responsible for the implementation of software solutions.
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Oversees and supports multiple re-training projects.
- Reviews external clients' product demands, develop project plans and ensures that re-implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
- Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes, and provide project status report updates.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, experience in managing complex tasks
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
- Able to work under pressure
