**Job Responsibility**:

- Develop Sharia agency business to achieve high quality business target & strategies which include production, persistency, productivity, and other assigned KPIs
- Develop entrepreneurship for assigned Sharia Agency Leader and building high quality agents
- Provide support and service to Sharia agents

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor degree from related major
- Having knowledge in Sharia Insurance is preferable
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Persistent to achieve targets and deadline
- Good communication skill and able to work as a team
