We are looking for a Shipping Executive to be based in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau . The Shipping Executive will ensure that orders are shipped to the customers on time in the most cost-efficient method and that any issue or any problem with the shipment will be resolved.
Requirements:
Male/Female Bachelor/Diploma degree in any field Knowledgeable in Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge of customs documentation, shipping, and logistics Meticulous, attention to details, organized, good communication skills Ability to work well with others Proficient in MS Office Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Good interpersonal and p roblem-solving skills Job Requirements Request for freight quotation from forwarder and quote accordingly to the customer or to CSIS; Ensure that all shipping documents are complete and in order; Book shipments with the freight forwarder; Apply export permit; Coordinate with Singapore warehouse staff for the collection of shipments; Coordinate with hauler for containerized shipments; Check bill of lading and airway bill and ensure all details are correct; Check draft forms and ensure all details are correct prior to application to avoid delays; Send pre-alert to customers; Monitor shipment status and update customer; Apply for insurance of shipments that require separate insurance policy Comply with ISO 9001,14001,13485 standard requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
