**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training plans.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, resources, and manuals.
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, activities, and surveys.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Foster open communication channels to gather employee feedback and ideas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training and engagement efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and employee engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in training or employee engagement is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic about fostering a positive work environment.
- Additional certifications in training or employee engagement are a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial.
- Previous event planning experience is advantageous.
- Basic data analysis skills preferred.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta & full WFO
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
